Injection.

A concept for a scene with a wrestler from the Brain Taker. Wrestling has become very barbaric and during a break this guy (named Tool by the author) decides to give himself an advantage with an injection of the drug mentioned here [link]

So basically he injects himself in the eye and the last panel is a surrealistic look at the drug taking effect.
